My phone wouldn't charge. Since my charger and cable worked on other phones, I was pretty sure my phone needed the charging port on the phone replaced. The tech at the front desk said let's try something else first. He used a small screw driver and cleared out several large pieces of dirt/lint from the port. Thirty seconds later and the problem was solved for no cost. I signed up for Yelp today so I could write a review to thank this store for being honest.

Integrity goes a long way. Like many parents today I had the pleasure of dealing with a careless mistake from my child who jumped into the pool with their iPhone still in their pocket. Upon discovery I immediately noticed that the phone was not working. I opened the phone and removed the battery to start trying the rice trick. When I reassembled the phone a few days later it powered on, but the screen was blank. Not knowing what more I could do I contacted this vendor and asked how much for a replacement screen. I went in to get the phone looked at with the expectations of paying for a screen that was damaged. They told me to leave the phone for an hour and they would call me. I returned after 45 min and the young lady advised me that the phone was ready. While pulling out my wallet she informed me that the Technician inspected the phone and determined that the issue with the screen was solely a loose connection. The phone was good as new and their was no need to replace the screen. On top of that she informed me that their was no charge since the phone didn't need parts. I was blown away! Needless to say that this is a place I can trust. Thank you so much for your help and I will refer this establishment to friends and family if they need a great vendor for cell phone repairs. Awesome!

I just left this store with a happy heart! I'm glad I decided to come to this place to have my iPhones fix. The young lady, Marissa was very professional and knows exactly what was wrong with my phones. She was able to tell me how my phones were going to be fix, estimated time of wait and how much they will cost right from the beginning. Walked in to fix my cracked screen and was greeted by Marisa. She was friendly and helpful. I agreed to the price because I believed it was fair and it would be fixed in 20 min! I was so happy with the customer service and having my phone back so quickly. Hopefully I won't go back but in case I need to they are my first choice!

Cracked I pad air screen for the second time (my fault not the fault of where I originally had it repaired); the first time I took it to another place. Fixed it in about 2/12 hours less expensive than the first place I had it fixed, and great friendly service and really seem to care that you are satisfied.

I broke my iPhone 6 screen, and I came in right before they were going to close . They were able to fix it in the 20 minutes before close, and they were super helpful. They're great!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Courteous call made to inform me of further repair needed and offered to fix with a discounted charge. My wife and I have had other repairs done here with very satisfactory results.

Outstanding! This is the place.  One stop shop and repaired.  Needed a new battery in my Moto X and 40 minutes later it was done.  Very professional Techs and very decent prices.  Works perfect.  Cheaper than returning the phone to the manufacture where they will have it for days to weeks.

These guys are great! I went into the store because the corner of my screen on my iPhone5c had popped off after a drop from a few feet. Ryan, the tech that helped me, was professional, knowledgeable with a nice and polite disposition. He even played with my one year old son while I filled out paperwork.  I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Ryan was able to replace my screen in 20 mins. He even cleaned my phone and put on my new case. Truly a great and easy experience. If you're in the Katy area, they are convenient to I10 and definitely worth the time.

After dealing with several other companies, my iPad sat at one for a week and a half, they were able to fix it in 24hrs.  It's a new generation so they had to order a part. I had it back in my possession in 24hr.  Tanner and Ryan were very professional.  I will go there from now on, I highly recommend this place.  I didn't feel like I got scammed as I had felt with other companies. A big thanks to them for helping me out!

Highly recommend this location! I shattered the screen on my iPhone 5s and they fixed it perfectly in less than 30 minutes. No appt time required. It's also a little cheaper than HEB. Employees are friendly and professional and clearly trained in replacing screens with OEM authorized products. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service. Very reliable and work fast fixing the screen of my Galaxy S4 in 45 minutes! Gabe and Jonathan were very helpul explaining how exactly they were going to fix the screen. Other places I went to were very vague as if they didn't have enough knowledge towards correctly fixing my phone screen, however, this place really offered very honest service. Definitely recommend anyone to this location, because they know what they're doing!

My iPhone 5s was so unfortunate yesterday, so it slid out of my hand and landed softly face down on the road...when I picked it up, half the screen was cracked, despite my Thule phone protection. I searched and found Fix My Phone with very good references. I called them and asked for price. they had 2 qualities, Medium  (~$95)and High ($125). I asked if there was a lot of customers waiting and was informed that I could make an appointment, which would reduce my waiting time in case of a queue. I did so, 1 p.m. and when I arrive on time I was the only customer. I was greeted directly by Carl. He checked my phone and was ready to start directly. I asked him if they had and could apply the protection film as well. Carl told me that would not really protect the screen in case another fall face down. He showed me a hard ~0,5mm thick "glass" cover that was offered for $ 20 that would protect the screen and in case of a "face-down fall" 9 of 10 times would crack instead of the main screen. I am not going to try just to check if that is true, I choose to trust his words. I brought my iPad with me to use during the waiting time. Carl told me he had the same protection screen for iPads so I added one to my total. He applied that first so I could use it while waiting, accessing their free WiFi. Totally, all included I spent 27 minutes at Fix My Phone, about 10 waiting for my phone. I met 3 other staff and they were all friendly, efficient and helpful. I also got a discount for mentioning I had read about them at Yelp. Both my iPad and iPhone works perfectly and I like the feeling of the "glass".I had a VERY Positive experience and would absolutely recommend Fix My Phone to my friends =)))

Was looking for a place to sell my ipad. It had a broken screen and was more expensive to get fixed then i was willing to pay. I knew i could buy an ipad mini for a bit more money.

Anyway, i came here and met Tanner and Ryan. They looked at it and said they needed some time to charge it and check to make sure its in good standing and working well. So i said no problem and i left it with them and went shopping near by the store. When i came back from shopping my ipad was all setup and tested and they decided they wanted it!

CLEAN and EASY transaction! If i ever need a repair this is the only place in  Katy to go!!

I guess thats what honey does to a laptop :) Ryan worked on my laptop for over two hours to clean that sucker out. He eliminated all the problems I had and it works like a charm now. They were so reasonable on price, my busy IT husband said "Have them fix it!" Other stores were charging waayyyyy too much and almost asking me the same price as I paid for the MacBook. Dropped my phone and didn't crack the screen but it was no longer responding to the touch. Verizon was charging $600 to replace since I did not have an upgrade but recommended going to Fix My Phone. They repaired it in less than 20 minutes, offered 2 reasonable price options and were very friendly and accommodating to me and my 4 yr-old son when we went in. I took my iPhone 5s there after dropping it and breaking the screen. I walked in, told them I needed a new screen, filled out a little paperwork and was told it would take about 30 minutes. So I got a burger to eat at Freddy's in the same strip center and came back. It was done and everything functioned as it should. Paid my bill and walked out. No hassle, no problems, nothing unexpected. Quick and easy.
